Would you like to return your order for a refund or replacement? No worries! Just email us at luanovashop@hotmail.com with your order number, item(s) to return and reason for returning & we will set up a return for you.

• Any returning-costs are customers own responsibility.

• Returns period is currently 30 working days and starts from the date you receive your order.

RECEIVING YOUR REFUND

All orders returned process  within 14 working days. However in some cases, this time frame may be extended to 30 working days during the busy time of year. All refunds will be credited to the original payment.
